La Asamblea estará formada por todos los socios de Líberos Real Jaén y será el órgano que obtenga la mayor cuota de poder en el caso de que se adquiera el paquete accionarial mayoritario.
A dicha asamblea podrán acudir todos los miembros a razón de un voto por asociado. Las votaciones también se podrán realizar de manera telemática. La asamblea nombra a los integrantes del Consejo de Administración y de la Mesa de la Afición

The club was reconstituted under the name of Sociedad Olímpica Jiennense.

Ángel María Arregui played 13 seasons at Real Jaén (until 1963). He is the greatest white scorer and is considered the best player in the history of the team.

Real Jaén debut in 1st Division.

FC Barcelona and Real Jaén played the first official match of the Camp Nou in front of 90,000 spectators.

AS Roma, Queens Park Rangers, CD Málaga and Real Jaén played the first edition of the "Olive Tree Trophy". Since then, 37 more editions have been played.

The Club obtained the title of "Real" and changed its name to Real Jaén Football Club.
1940-1942
The club won the South Federation Cup 1940/41 and of the Regional League 1941/42 (same League with different denomination).
09/05/1947
The Spanish Football Federation authorized the name of Real Jaén CF, the name of the Club in its beginnings.
1952
Real Jaén won their first national title: the Federation Cup. They defeated UD Orensana 3-1 in a final played at Madrid Metropolitan Stadium.

Real Jaén promoted for the second and last time to the First Division, where they remained until 1958.
09/07/1958
Real Jaén and Sevilla FC played the opening match of Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium in Seville. The match ended with a draw (3-3).

Real Jaén promoted to 2nd Division at O Couto stadium (Ourense) in one of the most epic promotions in the Club's history.

The Club completed its conversion into a Sports Public Limited Company (SAD).

Real Jaén won their 2nd Federation Cup by defeating Rayo Vallecano "B" in Vallecas Stadium (1-4).
