A dicha asamblea podrán acudir todos los miembros a razón de un voto por asociado. Las votaciones también se podrán realizar de manera telemática. La asamblea nombra a los integrantes del Consejo de Administración y de la Mesa de la Afición

The capital increase was presented in September 2017 by the largest shareholder Tomás Membrado. The objective was to cover more than 14 million euros. Tomás Membrado assured that he would also participate in the capital increase, contributing four ecological farms (with irrigation concessions, 80,000 olive trees, in full production and located in the municipality of Jaén) valued, according to the previous maximum shareholder, at 11 million euros. euros. This contribution never occurred. But there were contributions from fans and supporters of the club in the last months of 2017 and the first half of 2018. The capital increase was a failure and was not carried out. Many of these contributions have not yet been returned. That is why Líberos Real Jaén launches this initiative.

En 2020, el actual presidente y máximo accionista del club Andrés Rodríguez propuso otra ampliación de capital online a través de la plataforma www.sosrealjaen.com. En esta ocasión, el objetivo marcado fue recaudar 411.649 €. Al igual que en la ampliación de 2017-18, no fue exitosa y la recaudación no llegó ni al 2% de lo previsto: menos de 6.000€.
Muchas de las aportaciones en ambas ampliaciones aún no han sido devueltas. Es por ello que Líberos Real Jaén lanza esta iniciativa.
